Hello David,

I just ran a Muscle alignment with no error.

Can you give any more details (version of Jalview, any error message in the Java console)?

Hi all.

We think there are intermittent issues with our cluster in Dundee - if you do find the webservice job ‘Fails’ then wait a few minutes and try and submit again. We’ll post again when we’ve solved the problem!
