Hi Mungo

AlignFrame.showSeqFeaturesHeight_actionPerformed() doesn't seem to be
used - delete?

showSeqFeaturesHeight was an experiment where the feature score was
encoded as the height of the coloured block overlaid on a sequence to
represent the feature. After playing with it for a bit with proteomic
data, I realised the visual encoding model doesn't work well - it's hard
to distinguish height differences for vertically aligned features.

It's OK to remove the alignFrame action method, but I'm tempted to leave
the height-scale functionality in the FeatureRenderer. At least for the
next wave of refactoring.
