To do list somewhere?

Hi Jalviewers,

Is there a To do list for Jalview somewhere?

Here in Ensembl Comparative genomics at the EBI have started playing around with the Jalview code and have some ideas
that we would like to implement. It would be good to have a “To do” list somewhere visible where people can post feature
requests and this can be arranged/merged in context to other features. Maybe a wiki-like thing.

That's a good question. We currently maintain a list of feature requests
in a bug tracker that is only accessible to folk within our institute -
so the simple answer is 'no' - not currently. But we hope to remedy this
soon.

I agree. As you might be aware, we don't have any funding currently to
make any major changes to the jalview project infrastructure, but we
have got some plans. A wiki would be just one aspect - a community
bugtrack will also be needed (a la codehaus, for instance).
