Does anyone who works with RNA sequences have any experience with the Blockmatch server ?

It seems like it might be a useful web service to add to Jalview using its REST service client, but it might take a little bit of work to build a results parser, since the service doesn't return a standard alignment file containing its results. If there's interest, then we might be able to ask the authors to provide a different output format so the results could be imported into Jalview easily.
