when i open the box to fetch sequences from Uniprot, i want only to fetch the reviewed sequences, how can i do that.
First make sure the ‘ALL’ option is selected (it is by default) in the uniprot sequence fetcher. To limit the result of a query to just the sequences that have been reviewed add ‘reviewed:yes’ - eg.
homogentisate AND reviewed:yes
