The University of Dundee’s School of Life Sciences PhD training program will host an Introduction to Jalview course, taking place in person over two afternoons on Wednesday October 4th and Thursday 5th at the University of Dundee.
The course is aimed at graduate students people new to sequence analysis and will cover all of Jalview’s basics. We will also highlight some new features in the upcoming Jalview 2.11.3 release for working with 3D structure models produced with AlphaFold.
Attendance is free, and refreshments will be provided, but you need to register your interest by 20th September.
