Problems with Jalview on windows 11 ?

Hi all.

We’ve recently had a report that Jalview’s windows are not displayed correctly on Windows 11 (Jira issue 4439).

If you are running windows 11 and finding that Jalview isn’t working perfectly please let us know.

It would also be great if you can also try installing the Windows Java 11 version of Jalview (link below) and see if it resolves your issues:

Hello again Jalviewers.

It seems the Java 11 version of Jalview is no better on windows 11 so we’ll need to investigate further - if you are running windows 11 and can help with development or testing please log in and add a comment to the issue to say so.
