Hi,

Noticed today that the right-click pop-up menu has stopped working. Also double-clicking on a sequence does not link to a database reference. Running OS X 10.9.5, and Java 8 update 66. Any suggestions?

Hello Mark,

I am running OSX 10.9.5 and Java 8 update 40 without seeing any of these problems.
Are you confident you can eliminate mouse hardware or setup problems - do other applications behave as normal for these actions?
I will try a Java update to see if I can reproduce anything.

I have updated to Java 1.8.0_66 and am not seeing any problems with OSX 10.9.5, Jalview 2.9.0b2.
