Dear Jalview team,
We are submitting a paper that will go in press and we’ve noticed a bug in Jalview’s output.
The tool fits perfectly with the data we want to show, but unfortunately, the figure is not so nice…
The output in PNG looks like missing a line of 1 pixel thickness and, as the consensus sequence is the last line,
the L become I …
Has anybody ever seen and fixed that?

Dear Arnaud,
The best way would be to output as eps and then edit the figure in some vector program like illustrator. That would give you high quality.
