Hi,
I have some threaded PDB models that Jalview will not read. The PDB format is perfectly fine, and every other program reads it. I think it has something to do with the PDB header. What needs to be in the header of a PDB file in order for Jalview to read it? If that is the problem.

This is a bug in jalview 2.3 that is fixed in the development release -
