Hi all.
I just tried nesting a second project within the Jalview eclipse project. This seems to work fine, so if you checkout the features/JAL-1807java2Script branch and do a 'import existing project' from that repository (with 'search for nested projects' enabled), then you'll see a new Jalview2JS project is available.
