http://www.jalview.org/faq has several links to the FAQ for increasing memory allocation at http://www.jalview.org/jvmmemoryparams.html.
This returns 404 not found and
“The requested URL /help/html/memory.html was not found on this server.”
It should be serving http://www.jalview.org/help/html/memory.html which is a valid URL.

this looks to be a redirect configuration issue on www.jalview.org rather than a broken link. Please add an issue for it at issues.jalview.org (under the jalview.org project rather than Jalview !).
