Dear Jalview,
Last year I used Jalview 2.11.1.0 to align protein, these few days I try to open the save project in Jalview launch file using the same version of Jalview but I encountered problems opening (I attached the screen shoot of the problem), then I installed the new version of Jalview 2.11.1.4, however I still face the same problem. Could you please help me how to deal with it? Thank you.
