A short update to announce that a critical patch has been released for the 2.11.5.x series which fixes problems when viewing 3D structures linked to alignments, particularly on windows.
See the Jalview 2.11.5.3 version archive page for release notes and downloads. If you are running a standard Jalview Desktop installation it should automatically update to 2.11.5.3 when it is next launched.
