The final patch release for the Jalview 2.11.2 series is now available via over the air update and download from the website.
The 2.11.2.7 patch addresses problems when Jalview is processing 3D structure data, including improved handling of structures including negative residue numbers.
This release also supports anonymous usage collection with the privacy preserving open source analytics framework Plausible.io. Data is collected using a local instance on our own University of Dundee servers. Details of what we collect can be found in the Jalview Desktop privacy statement.
