Jalview 2.11.2.6, January 2023’s patch release for the 2.11.2 series, is now available as an automated update, and from the website.
This version includes a critical update for discovering predicted models or other 3D structure data via the 3D-Beacons Network. It also addresses problems retrieving alignments from RFAM, and viewing linked CDS/Protein alignments via the Calculate->Show CrossReferences sub-menu when working with protein sequences from Uniprot.
