Dear Jalviewers!
We’ve released another patch for Jalview which updates the Uniprot sequence retrieval client to retrieve directly from uniprot.org rather than via the EMBL-EBI’s dbfetch service. Please upgrade if you are having problems fetching sequences from Uniprot!
