The latest bug fix release of Jalview, 2.07 is now available for download from www.jalview.org.
Various GUI bugs have been fixed as well as file input / output. Group editing is now available using "Control Click".
New Features:
PDB Structure Viewer enhanced.
Sequence Feature retrieval and display enhanced
Choose to output sequence start-end after sequence name for file output
Sequence Fetcher WSDBFetch@EBI - retrieves Uniprot, EMBL and PDB sequences for a given sequence id.
Applet can read feature files, PDB files and can be used for HTML form input.
