JAL-1420 and JAL-1510

Hi all,

I’ve been working in these two tickets during the weekend. I think they’re fixed but, as I’m not an advance Jalview user, I’m not sure, though I have downloaded user manual and followed the steps described there. The patches are done for Release_2_8_2_Branch.

Please, if you find any issue with my patches, do let me know and I’ll review them.

​Thanks a lot David.

I’ll look these over today and add any code changes to enable additional i18n.

For example I can adjust the way Web Services menus are built to allow these options to be translated.
