Hi Mungo.
David Martin called me about this around 11.30 - www.compbio and lifesci were also affected. Jon Downward rebooted Jam and added more memory to the VM. What you noticed appears to be another flutter (perhaps they did another reboot).
Its interesting that this has happened outside the ‘at risk’ period for external systems penetration testing - once we have moved Jalview to its own server and relocated the compbio services we’ll be able to more effectively isolate the problem.
