help required on JalView imgMap

Hi,

I have succesfully installed Jalview Install Anywhere and am using Jalview with command line.

“./Jalview -open inputseq.aln -nodisplay -png image.png -imgMap image.html”;

i see that both image.png and image.html are being created but i don’t see the image map working when i move the mouse. I see the function moveToMouseLoc(e) defined in the image.html though.

I tried using IE 6 and Firefox 3.0.19, do i need to make any changes for the java script to work with these browsers? Can some one please help

Hello Srisha.

Would you be able to email me an archive containing the alignment and the generated image and html ? I can check to see what’s going on.
