Odd, it was working on Thursday. Still, that web link is to the bleeding-edge version that seems to change by the minute...

anon CVS is set up - I must make sure that it mirrors the current dev version so that you can peruse the code.

The Jalview web services won't work outside the unit at present as the web server on anaplog is not visible externally.

I took the htaccess file off my directory, for the benefit of Andrew Flauss to test at home, so you can access the software but not all the services. For the time being the Webservice menu will not be visible when you start up Jalview outside the unit.
