It appears that the instructions on the FAQ for getting the consensus for an alignment do not work on my instance (Jalview 2.10.1). The instructions are to right Is there any other way or is this something that will be fixed very soon?
Edit: It appears that clicking on the histogram is not correct, one should right click on the Consensus histogram row label instead. Quick documentation fix?
