Hello all,
Recently an issue has been raised with the MSF file output adding the /start-end to the end of every sequence ID. The program GCG can't cope with this id style.
Are there any other applications which have problems with Jalview appending /start-end to each sequence id?
It would be easy to have a preferences setting to save sequence ids as full or short, which could be set for each format type.
