exporting annotations as images for publication figures

How do people do this?

I can only export the coloured aligned sequence as an HTML file. The annotations are lost on export.

Thanks and regards

Hi Annette -
We generally recommend that alignments are exported as an EPS for publications. These files are 'infinite resolution' - and preferred by 99.9% of journals.

Jim.
ps. sorry for the dupe email - forgot to hit 'reply all'!
