Suzanne has noticed that Jalview fails to open http://www.jalview.org/examples/exampleFile.jar (as used in some tutorials).
I’ve had a look and it appears to contain XML that doesn’t match either jalview.xsd or jalviewJvV1.xsd:
I’m puzzled because it looks like exampleFile.jar hasn’t changed for some time (as you would expect).
What am I missing?
