Green highlighting is where there is a ‘sequence_variant’ feature.
The peptide variants show all possible translations of the variants in the corresponding codon.
In the example, residue 26 is normally E, but may be D, Q, H, Y or STOP, as the first and third codon positions have variants in Ensembl.
