The Jalview and Dundee Resource for Sequence Analysis and Structure Prediction web sites and associated analysis services will be unavailable for up to 35 hours, from Saturday 7th September at 7am through to Sunday 8th September at 6pm.
There will be no availability between 7am and 10am on Saturday 7th September, and only intermittent availability between then and 6pm on Sunday 8th September.
Local installations of the Jalview desktop will continue to function, but you will not be able to access the Jalview website, discussion forum or Analysis web services provided by University of Dundee.
If you are teaching or planning to run a training course with Jalview and require access to alignment and analysis services during that time we recommend you download and set up a JABAWS server, and provide instructions to your students on how to configure Jalview to use it.
