Crucible connect error

I can’t see commit history on issues today (from home), instead I’m seeing

  • Request to https://source.jalview.org/crucible/ failed: Error in remote call to ‘source’ (https://source.jalview.org/crucible) [AbstractRestCommand{path=‘rest-service/search-v1/reviews’, params={maxReturn=50, term=JAL-3187}, methodType=GET}] : javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
But I can browse to https://source.jalview.org/crucible without any warnings.

Any ideas what the problem is?

Thanks

Mungo

Hi Mungo

Not yet. The *.jalview.org SSL cert was updated, and it’s possible the old cert has been cached by Jira (I was hoping it would sort itself out, but clearly not). I’ll restart the servers and refresh their interconnect config again to see if it flushes the problem.

Jim.
