Can't find telemetry setting

I can’t find the supposed place in the preferences where you can turn the behavior off and on.

As I see, the telemetry settings are stored here: %Userprofile%\.jalview_properties with the line USAGESTATS=false

You can find this in Preferences → Connections → “Send usage statistics” checkbox.
