i dont know is it possible to ask question about something not related to Jalview or not but I want to check the pathogenicity score of my deletion mutation with CADD. should i install something? isnt it possible to check it online with the webserver?
i searched for any tutorials for checking indel mutations in CADD but i couldnt find anything
Hi ! CADD isnt something we currently have supported in jalview, but if you can create a minimal vcf of your indel, you can probably just upload it to the cadd server at https://cadd.gs.washington.edu/score
