Bug in 2.5.1 - can't delete zero length sequences

Hi Mark.

I'm using 2.5.1 on OS X. I am unable to delete complete sequences that have only one residue.

You're quite right - although to be fair, the problem is that these sequences do not contain anything but gap characters, which is breaking some of the alignment editing code (which oddly assumed that a sequence has at least one non-gap character  ). There seem to be a few other problems caused by zero length sequences too, so I've filed a bug report here:
http://issues.jalview.org/browse/JAL-615

Thanks!
Jim.
