Adding RNA support to Jalview - Introduction

Hello Jalview users,

My name is Lauren Lui and I am working with Jim Procter to add RNA support to Jalview, I am working on this project as a Google Summer of Code participant. You can see my proposal and official page here:

If you have been adding RNA support yourself, I am interested to hear what you have done. I am also open to suggestions about things to add – please look at the proposal before you email me! I can’t guarantee that your suggestions will be added, but they might be easy to add in conjunction with other features I’m adding.
