I just discovered that in the PCA window, you can right-click and drag to lasso-select a group of points – a big time-saver over trying to select points individually. I suggest that great feature be added to the documentation: https://www.jalview.org/help/html/calculations/pca.html

it has lurked in the code since Jalview v1, but is still not 100% bug free! We’ll have more options for spatial embedding in the future so its good to know we should prioritise it! (see https://issues.jalview.org/browse/JAL-1124 if you want to see our discussions about it).
