Dear JalviewDevTeam,
Here is a tiny, - I hope - request for a future Jalview release:
- I guess many of our projects accumulate multiple windows,
and - although Jv names them by method, procedure etc.
these names are not always meaningful (or distinguishing)
e.g. I often start with a small group of sequence, expand to many,
prune the collection, and reduce to something visually managable.
So, the request is an option to rename the Window headings inside a Jv project?
or maybe I'm asking too much!
thanks again for superb software!
cheers

Dear Rein,
I'm glad you like Jalview!
Thanks for the suggestion - this is one of the things on the list of todo's, though we would like to go a bit further and improve the pane organisation tools as well. Hopefully this will come later this year.
Geoff.
