Hello dear Jalview developers,
As you probably all know, I've invested quite some time recently in
packaging jalview for Debian [1]. For that, I must strip jalview of all
its bundled jars to rely on the debian ones (see the thread for more
info). I have almost succeeded to the point where I can compile jalview
with only jars packaged in Debian, but I'm hitting a last problem with
vamsas.
Where is the source for the bundled vamsas-client.jar ? I have looked
at http://www.vamsas.ac.uk/, but unfortunately, the
vamsas-client-0.1.jar available for download there is missing a few
definitions that are needed for jalview 2.6.1 to compile.
Attached is the output of a small script of mine, jardeps [2], that
show the difference in the interfaces (although, admittedly, in a not
very legible format).
Could you point me to the location of the source for the jar used to
build jalview -- or post somewhere the diff to the 0.1 sources ?
Many thanks,
Vincent

[2] if you really want it, it's there :
git://git.debian.org/git/users/fourmond/jardeps.git, but I'm currently
writing up something that will make it obsolete, so don't rely on it for
anything.
