I’m new to the jalview discuss list and I‘have just a short question. I’m trying to use the web service, but it has been saying “server error” for about one week now. Is it possible that I have a problem with Jalview on my computer? Thanks a lot!

There is nothing wrong with your computer. We had some problems that affected our servers last week, and I just restarted the Jalview Jpred3 services.
If you have any more problems, don’t hesitate to email the list!
