Is there a way to search for sequence id's with a regular expression? This would be very useful. "Find" seems to only search the alignment.

Actually, find searches the alignment and the displayed sequence ID, but - because of a UI bug, the number of search results returned when the regex matches the sequence ID is zero. I'll fix this for the next release.
