For some reason I am now unable to open Jalview on my mac os 10.5.7 from
either the dock icon or from the finder. I have the latest Java and have
tried a number of times to uninstall and reinstall Jalview. When I try to
open the application, it just seems like nothing happens (no messages etc.).
Any thoughts?
