Jalview & Dundee Resource for Protein Structure Prediction Training & Outreach Officer (0.5 FTE)

The part-time training officer will develop new online and face-to-face documentation and training materials for open source biological sequence analysis and visualization tools, and help coordinate and deliver training courses and outreach events at biomedical conferences.

Jalview Key Developer
Grade 8 (£37,382 - £44,607), Ref:LS0391
We are looking for a Java software engineer with a PhD and experience of biological sequence analysis and GUI design to join the Jalview development team, to help develop and maintain it and integrate key biomedical databases and analysis tools.
