A part of Jalview’s computing services has experienced a power failure, which means all DRSASP web services used by Jalview (Jpred & JABAWS alignment, analysis & disorder predictors) are at reduced capacity just now. Normal service should be restored tomorrow.
If you need to run larger alignments or analyses you can run JABAWS via Docker. For users already trying out the Jalview 2.12 alpha build via Jalview Develop, follow these instructions to run slivka via Docker.
