Mac users are accustomed to be able to scroll horizontally with their trackpads and magic mouses. However this does not seem to work in JalView (2.7 on OS X 10.8.1). Is this is in the pipeline to be added anytime soon? Thanks

It was in the pipeline, but now included in the development branch, and will be available in the next release. It is by no means perfect, but basic navigation with the trackpad is possible… and should work on any system with 360 degree scrolling capabilities.
