I get the following when trying to access the gitweb portal:

I get the following when trying to access the gitweb portal:

001E# service=git-upload-pack
00000021ERR bad command: jalview.git

This is almost certainly because you are trying to push to http://source.jalview.org/git/jalview.git - which is read only. To push, you need to use http(s), and you also need to be using your issues.jalview.org credentials. See https://wiki.jalview.org for details on this!
