Edited sequence not sent to web service

Hi Jim,

Thought I would log this one, can't remember if its been mentioned before but here it is:

If I edit sequences using Select -> Edit -> Edit Sequence, then use any Web Service, the original sequence information is sent to the server, not the edited version.

To confirm: Just came across this bug today as well. The only solution
I could find was to save and reopen the alignment.

Happened on version '15th of June Development branch'.
