command-click on Mac does not open contextual menus

Hi,

When I use my MacBook Pro running 10.9.5, and the latest Jalview, I am unable to see the Jalview contextual menus. Previously I saw them when I pressed command-click. Typically Mac programs respond to control-cluck to simulate right button. Did functionality change, or did Java change?

Thanks,
Mark

You should definitely be able to open a pop-up menu on a selected region, or on any sequence ID or annotation row. I just tried CTRL-click myself and it certainly seems Jalview is no longer showing a context menu (I normally have right-corner click enabled on my trackpad so I didn't see this).

Bug is now lodged (as reported by you): http://issues.jalview.org/browse/JAL-2077

We'll patch it ASAP...
Jim.
