Hi there.
I think I found a bug in the Find feature. If I have hidden columns in my alignment and I perform a search using a residue number, the sequence window does not correctly move to the location of the residue that I’ve searched for. Instead, the sequence window shifts far to the right (to higher column numbers), apparently to where the residue number would be were there not hidden columns. Note that I am not searching for a residue number that is among those in the columns that i have hidden.

Hi Joel - you’re right, there’s a bug here - at least, I could reproduce one case where the find function highlights the wrong position, but it may be for different reasons to the situation you describe.
