The Alignment menu is gray. The web service with URL http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/jabaws/ shows yellow satus and the page itself is not accessible. When is this expected to be up and running again?

Hi there - thanks for letting us know. We restarted the JABAWS server and that seems to have resolved the issue. Please let us know if all is well !

I wonder whether the reboot of the server will allow us to do this: we have ConSurf scores, along with the relevant sequences (aligned in Jalview) used to calculate them in two files.
We have been trying to project the ConSurf colouring schemes based on scores onto the alignment generated in Jalview, but we have not been successful so far. We attempted to automate this with a Python script, but that did not work either. We then tried a manual approach by loading the ConSurf scores as features and using the “View” options to apply colouring based on the scores; however, this also does not seem to work. If anyone can please shed light on what we are doing wrong, I would be most grateful. Thank you!
